Located in downtown San José, in a charming historic house with great personality, Gallos was born a year and a half ago as the “offspring” of Kafó. While it is a newer destination, it carries the legacy and prestige of 10 years of experience leading the gluten-free market in Costa Rica.
We are a 100% gluten, dairy, and soy-free restaurant. Our priority is the safety and peace of mind of celiac and allergic diners and their families, guaranteed by the Gluten-Free Program inherited from our parent company, with a staff expertly trained in food safety protocols.
