With the unwavering encouragement of my family, what started as a personal hurdle has grown into a dream realized. Summer Sunrise Bakery is a small, family-run business dedicated to creating delicious baked treats that don’t compromise on flavor! We specialize in cookies, muffins and bars but also partner with other amazing gluten free bakeries from the city to share their delicious treats in our small town. We also carry a fantastic selection of staple gluten free pantry items to take home!
The name “Summer Sunrise Bakery”, is a tribute to my best friend, Summer, my Yorkie of 15 years who passed away in 2024. She was by my side through every life change, and she remains forever in my heart. Naming the business after her ensures that her bright spirit is a part of every morning and every batch we bake.
