About:

Valley’s Bakery has obtained GFFP Approved certification through the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP), a program endorsed by the National Celiac Association.

For us, this approval is more than a certification. It reflects the care we put into our ingredients, processes, training, and daily practices to help prevent gluten cross-contact and provide a safe, dedicated gluten-free environment for our community.

Valley’s Bakery was founded by Carolina and Ricardo after their family’s own experience with severe gluten intolerance. They wanted to create the kind of food they missed—delicious, comforting, and made without having to compromise on flavor.

With backgrounds in chemistry research and business, they combined their knowledge with their passion for food and traveled to Europe to learn from experienced gluten-free bakers. After years of learning, testing, and perfecting their recipes, they brought their vision to Georgia.

Today, Valley’s Bakery is a 100% gluten-free bakery offering breads, pastries, cakes, and savory foods made for everyone to enjoy. More than a bakery, Valley’s is a place where families and friends can gather, share good food, and feel confident about what they’re eating.
