Beat The Wheat Products have been Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) since 2023, and the National Celiac Association endorses the GFFP certification program.

Beat the Wheat’s bakery is full of delicious and decadent gluten-free bread and treats, including our most popular the Famous Muskoka Maple Butter Tart. Our butter tarts are made with our signature gluten-free pastry and filled with a delicious butter tart filling using Canadian butter and real Muskoka maple syrup. Our production kitchen is located in beautiful Bracebridge, Ontario, the heart of Muskoka.
