Bray Gourmet Products have been Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) since 2023, and the National Celiac Association endorses the GFFP certification program.

Bray Gourmet opened in downtown Little Rock in July of 2012.  Owner and chef Chris Bray, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is a Little Rock native whose culinary career was inspired by his father, who spent 18 years mastering the restaurant business.

Our deli serves homemade soups, fresh salads, quarter-pound sandwiches, fully-loaded spuds, and delicious wraps.

We specialize in smoked turkey spreads (variations include Original, Jalapeno and Cajun), smoked deli meats, and any possible to-go deli needs.
