Gluten-Free By Suzie Products have been Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) since 2020, and the National Celiac Association endorses the GFFP certification program.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2003.  Shortly I found that gluten-free products were very dry and left an aftertaste in your mouth. Not being happy with what was being offered in local stores I began to experiment with different flours and combination of ingredients. After much trial and error, I have been able to produce quality gluten-free products. I use only super fine flours for best results.

I offer my customers quality foods and the comments often shared are:
