The Gluten-Free Food Program is thrilled that Anytime Arepa has officially attained the Gluten-Free Approved certification since 2024.
The National Celiac Association and Coeliaque Québec endorses this Approved program and represents Anytime Arepa’s commitment to creating a secure space for producing celiac-safe, gluten-free food. This certification not only assures the gluten-free community that Anytime Arepa has achieved the standards, but it also shows that its management has committed to upholding and maintaining them on a daily basis.

At Anytime Arepa they serve authentic Arepas and Empanadas made out of white or yellow corn.

Anytime Arepa is run by a Venezuela family. Venezuela is located in front of the beautiful Caribbean Sea in South America (At north of South America), its food culture is well influenced by European, African and native flavors that evolved over generations. Each region has a unique way to prepare and serve our traditional food. Arepas and Empanadas are well-known culinary expressions in Venezuela. Both are made out of white or yellow corn as precooked flour, which is why they are gluten-free. At Anytime Arepa, they offer a simple menu that is always gluten-free. The family’s mothers and grandmothers inspire the recipes. They were born in Caracas, Venezuela’s capital city. They grew up enjoying those aromas and learning (without knowing) how to cook and replicate flavors and combine ingredients. Today, they are proud of their mission, which started here in the Midwest in 2018 when we began to spread the word about our culture and the amazing food you can find in Venezuela. They always serve fresh food because that is how we grew up. Now, it is our turn to spread the magic and introduce you to our version of Venezuelan Arepas and Empanadas.
