We use only the freshest ingredients, cooking all our dishes from scratch. Some of our seasonal vegetables are cut, delivered, and cooked on the same day – a rarity in Doha. We believe in supporting the local economy, improving healthy nutrition, and changing perceptions about free-from foods. Every dish is made with care, diligence, and pure love.
Pure Eats Co.’s mission is deeply personal. The owner witnessed the struggle her own daughters faced with eating food that contained gluten or dairy due to an autoimmune disorder and intolerances. This inspired her to create food that is a cultural explosion of Cajun, Southern, and European flavors meeting Mediterranean cuisine with a bang! It is unlike anything you have had before, eliminating the ingredients that don’t love you.
