Valley Flaxflour Ltd. was established in 1998 as a flax seed milling operation in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. Our everyday mission is to enhance the health and well-being of consumers, foster community engagement, and support a fulfilling work environment for employees.

Over the last 25 years, Howard Selig, a passionate Chef and Dietitian, has established the company as a trusted supplier of premium quality, flax-based products.

Through its network of proud Canadian farmers, Valley Flaxflour Ltd carefully sources the highest quality flax, oats, buckwheat, and corn. These ingredients are crafted locally in small batches to create a distinctive line of plant-based and gluten-free products. Freshness and nutritional integrity are guaranteed in each and every bite.
