Brazilian Cheese Puffs
These puffs put a twist on a traditional yorkshire pudding recipe by adding your favorite cheese. They are great with soup of roast beef.
Equipment
- 1 small or mini muffin pan
Ingredients
- ½ cup Grated Cheese (such as cheddar or tex mex)
- 1 large Egg
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- ⅔ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1½ cups Tapioca Flour
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400℉. Grease a mini muffin pan.
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
- If prepping ahead, reserve batter in refrigerator until ready to cook (up to 2 days).
- When ready to cook, stir batter to re-blend any settled ingredients. Fill muffin cups about ¾ full.
- Bake for 15 – 17 minutes until puffed upand lightly browned.
