Carnivore/Keto Meatloaf

Regular Ground Beef

Regular or Lean Ground Veal

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Keto Soya Sauce

Shredded Cheese
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Fresh Ground Salt to taste

Instructions
Add your meat to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add the eggs, seasonings, soya sauce and cheese to the bowl and mix by fork or by hand, whichever you prefer.
Form the mixture into a loaf pan or baking dish and top with bacon slices.
Add any additional seasonings if you wish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour or until there is no pink left in the middle.
Cut into slices and serve on its own or with additional cheese on top.
Notes
For variations, add gluten-free keto worcestershire sauce or veggies like mushrooms, peppers or zucchini.
