This salad is perfect for those days when you want something healthier or if you are starting a new eating regime. Packed with detoxing foods to eliminate inflammation and regulate the body.

Ingredients

kale or other greens, chopped

carrot, sliced into ribbons withpeeler

red pepper, sliced

cup blueberries

cup fresh parsley, chopped

cup chopped walnuts
Dressing

tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1
tsp
raw honey (or maple syrup)
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine salad ingredients into a bowl.
Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over top.
Notes
Note: Only add protein if you are not detoxing.
