The National Celiac Association and Coeliaque Québec endorses this Approved program and represents Miss P’s Gluten Free commitment to creating a secure space for producing celiac-safe, gluten-free food. This certification not only assures the gluten-free community that Miss P’s Gluten Free has achieved the standards, but it also shows that its management has committed to upholding and maintaining them on a daily basis.

Miss P’s is a 100% dedicated Gluten Free facility. We use simple ingredients towards our baked goods. We have a wide variety of gluten free products from different types of breads, cheese bagels, cupcakes, cakes, pies, bars, perogies, frozen meals, etc.
Miss P’s Gluten Free has been around for the past 18 years. The previous owner developed amazing gluten free recipes and built her clientele based off fulfilling a need for gluten free products. It has been in various locations throughout the city up until 2019 where the name solidified it’s roots towards a storefront.
As the new management team, we found Miss P’s out of desperation for sweets that met dietary restrictions for our family. After trying her original gluten free vegan chocolate cupcake, we hardly tasted the difference between a normal cupcake and the search was over. We continued on in communication with her and Miss P’s has been part of every celebratory event for our family, our wedding, birthdays, anniversaries, transition days etc.
Miss P worked tirelessly to develop her products and we thank her for this opportunity to be able to continue it. Our hope is to build on our gluten free baked goods so that we can provide the same warmth to people that it provided us because with gluten free “taste is never compromised”.
