My Fries Restaurant is Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP). The program is also endorsed by the Coeliaque Québec and the National Celiac Association.
Established in early 2011, myFries is owned and operated by Maarten and his wife, Amy. They realized it was time for a healthier fast food option. Their food is made with passion using family recipes handed down through the generations. It is always made fresh with locally sourced farm-fresh ingredients when possible. Their fries are baked, not fried. Have them plain, pick one of their creations or create your own masterpiece by choosing any of their homemade toppings: slow-cooked BBQ pork, slow-braised pulled beef, chili. Then add homemade: gravy; butter chicken sauce; creamy green peppercorn sauce. And top it off with your choice of sautéed mushrooms; green peppers; caramelized onions; sour cream; salsa; guacamole and much more! Let your imagination and taste buds go wild! All homemade.
