Welcome to Sweet Impastries, a dedicated gluten-free bakery bringing joy, indulgence, and inclusivity to the heart of Gilbert, Arizona. Inspired by the belief that “gluten-free” should never mean “less than,” Sweet Impastries was created to redefine what gluten-free baking can be full of flavor, texture, and great taste.
Our name, Impastries, is a playful blend of “imposters” and “pastries,” capturing our mission to create baked goods that are so rich and satisfying, you would never know they are gluten-free. Every bite is a delicious imposter. An artful balance of taste and craftsmanship that proves you do not have to compromise when it comes to living well and eating joyfully.
At Sweet Impastries, we specialize in desserts that celebrate life’s sweetest moments: from our signature cinnamon rolls and rookies (a one-of-a-kind cookie-cinnamon roll hybrid) to cheesecakes, mini cookies, and soft, buttery dinner rolls. Roughly 30% of our menu is vegan, and over half is seed-oil free. All made fresh, from scratch, in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen.
Inspired by European artistry, our bakery partners with the acclaimed Chök Barcelona brand to bring a touch of European flair to the Southwest. We are proud to be part of the growing movement that proves gluten-free baking can be both premium and crave-worthy.
