Carnivore/Keto Meatloaf
Low carb, gluten-free and delicious! Meatloaf never tasted so good, and good for you! Made with a combination of beef and veal, this recipe follows a carnivore lifestyle and you will enjoy every bite!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Regular Ground Beef
- 1 pound Regular or Lean Ground Veal
- 2 lge Eggs
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1-2 tbsp Keto Soya Sauce
- ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
- Fresh Ground Salt to taste
- 6-8 Strips of Bacon
Instructions
- Add your meat to a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs, seasonings, soya sauce and cheese to the bowl and mix by fork or by hand, whichever you prefer.
- Form the mixture into a loaf pan or baking dish and top with bacon slices.
- Add any additional seasonings if you wish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour or until there is no pink left in the middle.
- Cut into slices and serve on its own or with additional cheese on top.
Notes
For variations, add gluten-free keto worcestershire sauce or veggies like mushrooms, peppers or zucchini.
