Prevail Jerky Products have been Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) since 2019, and the National Celiac Association endorses the GFFP certification program.

In 2004 when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, it forever changed how our family ate, shopped, and lived (for the better).

Up until the last few years, it proved very difficult to find healthy, delicious, high protein snacks where we didn’t have to compromise on flavor. Jerky, a family favorite, was no exception. It was impossible to find a product without soy, cane sugar, or other preservatives that we were trying to avoid.  Needless to say, when label watching for allergy concerns, we were coming up short—and hungry. Why should I have to settle for bland, boring food just because I have food allergies? People should be able to PREVAIL when looking for delicious and nutritious snacks. Luckily my husband is an amazing self-taught home cook, so we decided to make our own.

Since then, PREVAIL has been passionately dedicated to making a product that is truly Paleo and Gluten-Free, but more importantly, that tastes delicious. There are a few healthy jerky brands out there, but they all tasted “healthy”. We truly believe it’s our unparalleled taste and texture that set us apart, not to mention our certifications. We’re confident that when people say they don’t like jerky, they’ve just never tried ours.
