Located in the heart of Toronto, RIZ Gluten Free (RIZ North) is Toronto’s best gluten-free Asian restaurant! Offering an extensive selection of delicious gluten-free, Celiac safe Asian cuisine, Riz was one of the first restaurants in Toronto to become gluten-free certified, offering crispy spring rolls, tempura and dim sum as well as popular favourites like pad Thai and their signature crispy beef. Led by owner, Terry Wei, they make all of their dishes and spring rolls in house from scratch, with no preservatives providing the highest quality possible for their customers.
In the fall of 2019, a second location, Riz on St. Clair was opened in the Hillcrest/Humewood area of Toronto, offering Asian Fusion cuisine with the same principles and practices as Riz on Yonge. Like it’s mother restaurant, Riz on St. Clair offers the same dedication to their gluten-free clientele, with a relaxed, casual atmosphere and outdoor patio.
In the summer of 2021, Riz was excited to perfect and add a selection of gluten-free gyozas (dumplings) to their menu. Each delectable dumpling is carefully handmade in house with fresh ingredients and no preservatives to create mouth watering flavour that their patrons love. Riz also offers vegan and vegetarian items and has also created a line of frozen items that can be ordered directly from their website or from a variety of GFFP certified retail bakeries like Winnie’s Gluten-Free, Around My Gluten-Free Table, Gluten-Free by Suzie, The Bread Essentials and more.
