Our Humble Beginning
Dianne Garcia, known by her closest friends and family as “D”. Immigrated from the Philippines to San Francisco at the age of 19. Having a reputation within her family as a home baker. Dianne fell in love with the new bakeries she explored. Drawing inspiration, Dianne began taste testing recipes in her tiny apartment. Dianne moved from San Fran to Boston in 2020 and later met Nick Rossi. Nick having his own love of food, introduced Dianne to Dawn Clancy. Dawn, having a family full of celiacs, taught Dianne that allergen free sweets did not have to sacrifice taste. Realizing the market need and desire for consumers to consciously choose healthier options, D’s Bakeshop was born in 2022.
