About:

In my family, we were planning dinner before we finished eating lunch. That’s just how it was. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been PASSIONATE about eating and baking and creating in the kitchen. Even when my skin and my gut didn’t love it so much.

Between us, I was addicted to bread and sweets.

Becoming a mother gave me consciousness around food. I began making more and more food from scratch, sourcing ORGANIC and LOCAL. I found I love sharing delicious but still healthy food with people. It provided real joy.

Then something happened that equal parts freaked me out and inspired me: people started telling me I should sell it. I just thought they were being polite…IN A BLESS YOUR HEART KIND OF WAY.

Without thinking about it too much, I sent a bag of granola home with a friend. They sent a picture back of their daughter with her hand in the bag and a giant smile on her face. Seeing that 5 year-old’s face light up because it was yummy, not because it was made organic with no processed anything, made me think that this is how ALL food should be. That’s when I officially started IT’S ALL GOOD.

Sharing my initial product line was fun and rewarding, but I still didn’t feel GOOD. The same health problems I had as a kid were still with me. I saw doctors from time to time, but Western medicine didn’t have a clue and I was too busy to figure it out. Eventually, I was lucky to find an amazing dermatologist who diagnosed me with CELIAC DISEASE. I immediately went completely GLUTEN-FREE.
