Winkler Meats Products have been Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) since 2020, and the National Celiac Association endorses the GFFP certification program.

Winkler Meats was established in 1964. We are growing and rapidly expanding. As the company grew new products were added to the Winkler Meats label including smoked leg hams, coarse ham garlic sausage, and other deli meats. The traditional farmer sausage products continue to be the most popular. Winkler Meats also specializes in the custom processing of specialty meats such as wild boar. Winkler’s brand products are sold across Western Canada in the different chain and independent grocery stores, restaurants and at sporting venues.
Winkler Meats is a federally inspected abattoir and processing plant regulated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the HACCP program.
