Cashew Keto Bread
With only 3 ingredients, this keto bread recipe is naturally gluten-free, low carb and easy to make. Cashew butter and eggs combine together beautifully to make excellent bread! - 1 large size mixing bowl
- Parchment Paper
- Loaf pan
Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Once Again Cashew Butter
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips Optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl scramble the four eggs using a fork.
- Add in cashew butter and mix it well.
- Lastly add baking soda and mix.
- Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into the pan.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes.
