With only 3 ingredients, this keto bread recipe is naturally gluten-free, low carb and easy to make. Cashew butter and eggs combine together beautifully to make excellent bread! Add a few chocolate chips for a little extra magic.

Equipment

  • 1 large size mixing bowl
  • Parchment Paper
  • Loaf pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Once Again Cashew Butter
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl scramble the four eggs using a fork.
  • Add in cashew butter and mix it well.
  • Lastly add baking soda and mix.
  • Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into the pan.
  • Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes.
